Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, services, and bookings made with Nuyu Salon. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Consultations & Suitability

All treatments are subject to a consultation to assess suitability.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not considered appropriate, safe, or in the client’s best interest. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation.

3. Bookings & Deposits

Appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit

Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in loss of deposit

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be lost.

6. Treatment Results

Results from aesthetic and beauty treatments vary from person to person.

While we aim to achieve the best possible outcome, no specific results can be guaranteed. Additional treatments or top-ups may be required to achieve or maintain desired results.

7. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at the salon or on our website.

8. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on treatments that have already been carried out.

If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact us and we will review your case.

9. Aftercare

You will be provided with aftercare advice following your treatment.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your results, and we cannot be held responsible for outcomes where aftercare has not been followed.

10. Liability

Nuyu Salon will not be held liable for any adverse reactions where full medical history has not been disclosed.

All treatments are carried out with care and professionalism, following industry standards.
